Address Book is the default application used for storing contacts in Thunderbird. But did you know that you can share your personal address book to somebody else? With the features of our SOGO Groupware, we can share our Thunderbird Address book to anyone in our group of companies.

#**How to share your Address Book?**

Click the Address Book on your Thunderbird and select your Personal Contacts.

      Click the Address Book

      Select the Personal Contacts

Once you have selected it, right click the Personal Contacts and click Sharing

      Select Sharing

To share your Address Book select the Add button on the Rights Management window

      Click Add button

Type the name of the person you would like to share your Address Book and the click Add

      Type the name of the person

      User showed up on the Rights Management window

To give user access rights of your Address Book, double click the username and tick the box for the user rights.

Tick the box "This person can read the cards of this addressbook." and click Update

Once you have successfully shared your mailbox, your Personal Address Book will now be available for subscription
