Incoming Server Settings (IMAP) & Outgoing Server Settings (SMTP)

• Right Click the Company (Fastflow/Fastrack/CoGriAsia) and select Settings

• On the Server Settings change the following:
  1. Username = test.fastflow
  2. Connect Security = STARTTLS
  3. Authentication Method = Encrypted passwords

• Move to the Copies & Folders Settings and change the following:
  1. Untick the box for "Bcc these email addresses"
  2. Tick the box for "Place a copy in"

• Go to Synchronization & Storage and untick the box for "Keep this message in this computer"

• Select the Outgoing Server (SMTP) and click Edit

• Change the following settings for SMTP:
  1. Connect Security = STARTTLS
  2. Authentication Method = Encrypted passwords
  3. Username = test.fastflow

• Once you select OK then a pop message will appear for Certificate Exemption"

• Click "Get Certificate" and "Confirm Security Exemption"

• Click Inbox and a message box will appear to put your email password. Make sure you tick the box for "Use Password Manager to remember this password."
